Single-Origin Coffee in Morningside, Edinburgh
Our house coffee is a Coban Guatemala single-origin Arabica: a medium roast with sweet aromatics, floral and fruited notes, a silky body and citrus acidity, pulled fresh to order on Morningside Road.

The Cup: Coban Guatemala
Coban is a coffee-growing region in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Single origin means the coffee is sourced from one named origin rather than being a multi-country blend.
Aroma & flavour
Sweet aromatics with floral and fruited notes. Distinct without being sharp, so it is easy to drink cup after cup.
Body & acidity
A silky body carries a gentle citrus acidity. That balance is what keeps it smooth as an espresso and steady under milk.
Roast & prep
A medium roast, pulled fresh to order. Nothing sitting around, so every cup tastes the way it should.
Ways to Drink It
